You can also enter and manage requests, queries or ideas directly in the portal – for example, if you are planning enhancements or want to make certain adjustments.<\/p>

A key feature of the SC Portal is direct, structured communication with Steffi’sCloud®<\/sup> —in real time and without any detours.<\/p>

Instead of ticket systems, e-mail histories or confusing communication channels, the exchange takes place centrally in one place. Each customer works in a separate, locked area and can contact us there at any time – secure, traceable and clearly structured. <\/p>

Information, queries or notes can be permanently recorded within the platform, for example: "… I have to ask Steffi …".
So everything stays in one place, can be found at any time and won’t get lost.<\/p>

You decide for yourself whether and which employees have access to the portal. This is particularly useful if internal IT managers or teams are to be involved – for example to coordinate tasks or agree measures. <\/p>

The SC Portal works in a similar way to well-known messenger solutions – but with one key difference:<\/p>

Access is restricted exclusively to Steffi’sCloud®<\/sup> customers. There is no public use, no open networks, and no mixing of data. <\/p>

All content remains within a closed, client-separated environment.<\/p>

All data is processed and stored exclusively in Germany. The operation takes place in Frankfurt and is therefore subject to the strict requirements of the GDPR<\/a> and German IT security guidelines. <\/p>
