The SC Portal is the one-stop shop for all Steffi’sCloud® customers.
Instead of working with several tools or laboriously gathering information, you get a complete overview of your IT environment. Device statuses, security-relevant events and important information are presented in a structured and comprehensible way.
This means you always know what is happening in your IT – without detailed technical knowledge.

The SC Portal offers you a complete overview of your entire IT – in real time and centrally bundled.
You can see the current status of your devices – regardless of the operating system – as well as relevant security information, event data, updates and important announcements at a glance.
You can also enter and manage requests, queries or ideas directly in the portal – for example, if you are planning enhancements or want to make certain adjustments.
All information is presented in a structured manner and is available at all times in a comprehensible form. This allows you to maintain an overview of your IT at all times – clearly, transparently and without additional effort.

Communication with the SC Portal
A key feature of the SC Portal is direct, structured communication with Steffi’sCloud® —in real time and without any detours.
Instead of ticket systems, e-mail histories or confusing communication channels, the exchange takes place centrally in one place. Each customer works in a separate, locked area and can contact us there at any time – secure, traceable and clearly structured.
Information, queries or notes can be permanently recorded within the platform, for example: "… I have to ask Steffi …".
So everything stays in one place, can be found at any time and won’t get lost.
You decide for yourself whether and which employees have access to the portal. This is particularly useful if internal IT managers or teams are to be involved – for example to coordinate tasks or agree measures.
The SC Portal works in a similar way to well-known messenger solutions – but with one key difference:
Access is restricted exclusively to Steffi’sCloud® customers. There is no public use, no open networks, and no mixing of data.
All content remains within a closed, client-separated environment.
All data is processed and stored exclusively in Germany. The operation takes place in Frankfurt and is therefore subject to the strict requirements of the GDPRGDPR
